The resort offers beautiful twin homes with spacious rooms, fireplaces, and well-equipped kitchens. Guests can enjoy the open living room and dining area, as well as a patio with a gas grill. The resort also provides a range of amenities such as indoor basketball courts, a gym, and indoor and outdoor pools. The location offers breathtaking mountain views and the opportunity to spot deer throughout the day.
Some hotel-like rooms in the resort had issues with cleanliness, including ants, stains on furniture, and noise disturbances from other rooms.

The resort amenities were good, with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site BBQ restaurant. The spacious 2-bedroom apartment had a jacuzzi, king-size bed, two twins, and a balcony. The resort's location in the Shenandoah Valley provided beautiful views and plenty of outdoor activities.
The resort fees and charges were expensive and not worth the value. The treatment and attitude of the staff at the Welcome Center was unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The resort offers a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy. From golf courses to a water park, there is something for everyone. The location of the resort is stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and plenty of land to explore. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and made sure that my needs were taken care of.
One downside was the need to drive to most of the activities. It would have been more convenient if everything was within walking distance.

As a family of 3, we found the one bedroom in Eagle Nest on the hillside at Massanutten Resort perfect for our needs. The accommodation had all the kitchen amenities we required, including a fridge, toaster, and hot plate-burner. The waterpark, restaurant, and proximity to Shenandoah were big highlights for us. We loved sitting on the back deck and feeding the wildlife, such as deer, skunks, ground hogs, and possums. The jetted tub and comfortable beds added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, having a propane grill was a great bonus. The spacious condo was fairly clean and the activities offered were fun and reasonably priced. Though the restaurants were a bit pricey, they did serve large portions. The location was ideal, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pools, water park, playgrounds, and trails. Cooking meals in the kitchen was convenient, and the towels provided at the pools were a nice touch. Even during busy times, the resort never felt overcrowded, thanks to the presence of attentive lifeguards.
We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room provided was perfect for our needs, especially since we had a handicapped individual with us. Not having to navigate stairs was a big advantage for us. The condo was spacious and fairly clean, making it comfortable for our family of three. We also enjoyed the activities available, fun and reasonably priced. The restaurants on-site, although a bit pricey, served large portions, we never went hungry. The hotel's location was also convenient, being close to Shenandoah and offering easy access to transportation options. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing, all was good.
